Guarantee.
We extend the guarantee for all products that we sell directly.
Most dealers will honor this guarantee as well.
If you are not completely satisfied with DisplayMate,
simply return it for a full product refund, shipping costs not included.
Before returning any product,
please contact us in order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.
DisplayMate Technologies guarantees that the DisplayMate programs will perform
substantially in accordance with the DisplayMate Manual and documentation.
This guarantee applies to the original customer
for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.
DisplayMate Technologies warrants that the program disks and the Manual
are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of
90-days from the date of purchase.

We provide Unlimited Free Technical Support and Customer Service
for all registered users - without any time limitation or expiration.
The DisplayMate products have taken years of work to develop and we ask that
you use them in accordance with the License Agreement.
We simply ask for
Fair Use
of the software,
which means
Either a Single User on Multiple Computers or Multiple Users on a Single Computer.
Please
Do Not use a Single License of DisplayMate on Multiple Computers with
Multiple Users, as this represents Illegal Copying of the software.
The following are Valid uses in accordance with the Licenses Agreement:

Run directly from a CD, USB Drive or Floppy Disk
You may run DisplayMate from a CD, USB Drive or Floppy Disk
on as many computers as you like,
provided you don't install it or copy it onto any computer hard disk.
This is the preferred method if you are planning to use it on more
than one computer.

Installation on a Hard Disk
You can install or copy DisplayMate onto the hard disk of a single computer,
but then you may not install it or run it from a CD, USB Drive or Floppy Disk
on any other computer,
unless you uninstall it from the original machine first.

Multiple Licenses
If you would like to have multiple users or computers running DisplayMate
you must purchase multiple Licenses of DisplayMate so that each copy is
used legally. We offer substantial discounts on
Multiple License Packs
of all DisplayMate products.

Running on a LAN
You may install any DisplayMate product on a Local Area Network provided there
is a secure software metering system that limits the maximum number of
concurrent users to the number of Licenses that you have purchased.
The LAN administrator is responsible for setting and enforcing the License
limit.
